REFUND AND RETURN SERVICE

1. Return Period

   Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Requirements

   To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following requirements:

   – The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

   – The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

   – The product must include original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

   – The product must not have any damage caused by the customer.

   – The product must remain in a condition suitable for resale.

3. Non-Returnable Items

   Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise affect secondary sales cannot be returned.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

   – If the return is caused by product quality issues, defects, damage, or incorrect items received, ELECTECH PRODUCTION LLC will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

   – If the return is caused by personal reasons, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

   Customers must contact customer service before sending any return package to receive return instructions.

6. Return Inspection

   Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

   Returns that do not meet the requirements may be rejected.

7. Refund Processing

   After the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days.

   Bank or payment provider processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

8. Original Shipping Charges

   Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a product quality issue.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

   If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer service with your order information and supporting details so we can assist you.
